3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Supply necessary materials, approvals, and feedback within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure that all materials and content provided do not infringe upon any third-party rights

Delays in communication, feedback, or approvals may impact timelines and final outcomes.

4. Fees & Payment

• All fees will be communicated and agreed upon before any services begin
• Prices listed on the website are indicative and may vary depending on project scope and requirements
• Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule
• All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Kyora Studio retains the right to showcase completed projects for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes

Any third-party assets, licenses, or tools used in a project remain subject to their respective terms and ownership.

6. Revisions & Approvals

• Revisions are limited to what is specified in the agreed scope of work
• Requests beyond the agreed number of revisions may incur additional charges
• Client approval at each stage confirms acceptance of the work delivered

Once approval is granted, Kyora Studio is not responsible for changes requested afterward.

7. Performance & Results Disclaimer

While Kyora Studio applies professional expertise, strategic planning, and best practices, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to sales, revenue, leads, engagement, reach, or advertising performance. Results may vary based on market conditions, audience behavior, budget, and external factors beyond our control.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public or proprietary information shared during the course of a project, unless disclosure is required by law or permitted with written consent.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate an ongoing service or project with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full. Deposits and completed payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kyora Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Third-Party Platforms & Services

Kyora Studio may utilize third-party platforms, tools, or services as part of service delivery (including but not limited to social media platforms, advertising platforms, and analytics tools). We are not responsible for changes, downtime, policy updates, or performance issues caused by third-party providers.
